Green Beach

is popular for snorkeling, you will also find a variety of birds along that area. Green beach is family friendly due to it's calm waters.

Warning: I was warned of some insects that come around early afternoon, so it is best to go during the mornings.

Playa Grande Beach

best snorkeling there is to see in Vieques: Tablón, Berlin, Blue Tang Reef and the Gorgonian Grotto.

la lanchita has a little access alleyway just east down the road from the guest house. there is a great chanel to the right of the break to get you out there without getting pounded. follow the boat bouys if you have to. if there is surf you should just be able to see it. incidently.. if there is no surf and its clear there is great snorkelling there.
