Phippsburg land

A weird confluence of things has me as a sucker to check out a land deal in Maine. I just got the Boston Globe back and this is the third page: . So I called, talked to someone named Tessa Hendrix, found out it was in Phippsburg then went to the web site and tried to locate the land. in the picture. I am pretty sure it is [here] at Weasel Point: . So that just happens to be one of Peri and my favorite spots, we stayed in a little cabin with a dock on Crow Island, just across the Kennebeck.
