Peri I are very happy that there is an end of year party. We are sure everybody can be comfortable.

There will be

• a gas grill and a charcoal grill with gas and charcoal
• 3 coolers with ice
• a 5' round table and four card table size tables to put food on in the yard. Also in the yard there are places to sit for 25-30. There is a small table and 5 chairs on the front porch as well.
• You are welcome to use the kitchen for staging and prep. There is a 5 burner stove/oven and a small air-fryer that can serve as and oven. You could decide to serve some of the food from the kitchen/dining room.
• You can use all our serving spoons, utensils and any dishes that you need
• trash and recycle barrels

Covid concerns

It should be a beautiful day and we can all be outside and spread out. It is easy to access a bathroom without having to walk through the house. Just walk up the driveway to the second back door. Come in make a left, as you enter the house there will be a bathroom immediately on your left.

other stuff about the house

There is a bathroom on the first floor off the kitchen. You are also welcome to use the bathrooms on the second and third floors. You are welcome to go anywhere in the house although the second floor back porch rails are due for a rebuild and cannot be trusted. There is a pool table above the shop behind the house

There is limited parking but close public transit... see below for parking options.

• outbound stop: Centre and Lockstead Ave - walk up Robinwood, right on Locksley, left on Parley Vale
• inbound stop:
  • Centre and St.John - right on Parley Ave, continue straight onto Parley Vale
  • Centre and Beaufort - walk up Robinwood, right on Locksley, left on Parley Vale

Orange Line - Green Street Station .35mi to house

Along Johnson Playground, through the baseball field, rt on Lamatine, left on Biltmore, jog left then Up Segel. at end of Segel is a walkway, left at Gazebo, jog left on Rockview to Parley Ave, rt on Parley Vale

Driving

• closest parking is shown as green rectangles in the map below. There is some parking in front of the house and more parking along the wood fence past the house.
• John and Sue are our 2 family neighbors (10 Parley Vale)
• If you pull into the basketball court, please don't pull up too far (toward the hoop) and block the walk
• If you park in the driveway, you might be asked to move so John and Sue have access. It is easy to drive up the driveway and difficult to back down. Please do not pull up past where the house starts.
• Locksley is a mess, you need 4WD to drive on Locksley.
