Hi mom,

You have till around the 10th of December to decide if your phone suits you. Up til then you can return it for a nominal fee.

Here are the things you want to make sure are OK with it.

  • good reception for calls
  • WIFI works in house
you don't get charged for data (pictures, video, file download, web, email) when you are using WIFI (that's why people hang out in coffee shops)
  • data works (when not on WIFI)
data (pictures, video, Google GPS navigation, file download, web, email) should now work when you are away from home. It didn't work when you left JP since we set it up outside US Cellular area. Make sure it does now otherwise the phone is no good. (You can call me and I can help you determine this)
  • You should be starting to understand and like the phone. If not we could get you an iphone.

So spend some time figuring this stuff out or have me or the store in Keene help you. After ~12/10 there is no way out of the contract.
