Today when asked why she was in the hospital apparently she said that she partied too hard (would she say that?) she did tell me that she felt confused, that they thought that she was a man and didn’t remember why she was in the hospital. It is slowly coming back.

Facts Feeding tube, insertion by radiologist so that throat is not involved, has to stay in for six weeks but DOES NOT mean that she cannot eat and drink once okay to do so, can be maintained at home, activates the muscles in the digestive tract, eliminates the need for the PICC line which entails high risk to introduce infection. So goodbye two tubes sounds great.
