So I got Asher this STEM car thing that is based on my favorite processor (ESP32), a block based computer language for kids (Scratch) and the ability to switch from graphical programming to see what that program looks like in python. Of course, as I have done since my days of doing my sibling Christmas shopping for my parents, I always play with the presents before Christmas. | |||
It is great but Asher would need a lot of support, it practically requires that a 'teacher' develop a STEM curriculum to act as a guide. I would like to explain that to Asher and try to convince him it could be fun and interesting to have me pick him up from school one day a week and work/play on this platform. I could get him home to you. Perhaps I would ask him to commit to 2-4 sessions and then he could decide to re-up or not. | |||
