- IBoatNavigation is also a phone/laptop app. It has great graphics and charts of lakes. for Android, I had to pay $20.99 for all the US charts including inland waterways. The windows chart price is $100, I didn't get that. You can create routes with the android app but you can also create them on OpenCPN laptop and export then import the .gpx route files.
