	Create a tool that will provide route options that combine the use of MBTA and Hubway. The Hubway option would appear for trips whose origin or destination are more than 12 minutes from a transit stop. 	Create a tool for Mayor Walsh's control panel that would graphically indicate portions of city bus routes that are bogged down in traffic. Data could be viewed for a time period or cumulatively and would be helpful for planners considering bus-only lanes or traffic signals timed to bus location. 			MBTA TimePointCrossings.csv can stand in for a production data feed using MBTA-REALTIME GTFSRT though I can't imagine it will be very accurate since it is spanning weeks of the worst winter ever.
