A little over a year ago, while showing apartment 4 to prospective tenants, I complained to ~~Marie~~ about the excessive amount of running and banging coming from above that apartment's living room. It was concerning to me, at that time, that you were not receptive to the issue and denied that it even happened. I am grateful that you have been able to maintain a productive dialog with your neighbors. Yet some issues are outstanding and I would like to address them now.
